I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and incredibly friendly staff. However, the dining options were limited. The location was ideal, but the noise from the busy road was a drawback. The facilities were well kept, with some minor noise disturbances from the street.

The hotel was one of the biggest I have stayed in, with a great sized Chicagoland room at a very reasonable price. Multiple kids visited us without any issue, even though their groups weren't listed on their rooms. The experience was overall good, but there were some noise concerns on the street side.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were outdated but clean and spacious. The service went beyond expectations but had some rude interactions. The location was convenient with easy access to main travel routes but could be noisy. The dining options were substandard. Value for money was a consideration for some services.
